“Le Shoppe” by Los Angeles Fashion Council is back for a second season. The Fall 2012 collection features clothing and accessories by LA based designers including Gypsy Junkies, Jen Awad, Bijou Van Ness, Geisha de Guadelupe, Jen + Kim, Kittinhawk, Shallow Fashion, 8000 Nerves, and LAVUK. Design Your Own Tee For The Los Angeles Fashion Council

The Los Angeles Fashion Council has announced the launch of its first annual “Tee Off” contest. Contestants are encouraged to design a tee that celebrates both Los Angeles design and the quintessential cool Cali style. So Cal designers can submit their creations via a specially designed Facebook App. Voting is open to the public, and the winning tee will be sold on the Los Angeles Fashion Council’s ASOS Marketplace Boutique. The winner/s will also receive profits from all sales of their t-shirt, plus the LAFC’s entire Fall Tee Collection. Submissions must be uploaded no later than August 30^th and voting closes on September 15^th.
