The Fresh Step Feline Arts Council wants you to submit your best feline influenced design for a chance to win funding for your project and national exposure through Fresh Step and the ASPCA. Designers of the top five products will win a $5,000 grant to develop their projects, which will be sold online to benefit the ASPCA.
