The third round of the Los Angeles Fashion Council’s Open Runway presentation was held at Couture Los Angeles on Saturday, August 31st. Congrats to last month’s winner Rose La Grua. Rose will compete in the final round on September 28st in hopes of landing a spot at the LAFC’s Spring 2014 Collections showcase.
