B.I.T.S. – A Way of Life

Designer Cindy Gellersen (Bagstil, CO-ZY, b.i.t.s.) has just launched her bits SS 13 collection. Dubbed, “A Way of Life,” these covetable pieces were inspired by her love of the California Ranch lifestyle. Comprised of hardware and leather these high end riding accessories combine craftsmanship with a Cali-cool style and feature a natural pallet of colors found in saddles, trees, rocks, and horses. The Collection At ICIS: Grand Opening

The other day I attended the grand opening party for the pop-up shops at ICIS Living. ICIS Living is a luxury apartment complex aimed at bringing high-style living to Glendale. Dubbed The Collection at ICIS: A Fusion of Fashion, Art, and Fun, the showroom features the works of a number of talented artists and designers. (Cali Lu, Fornarina, Mishka Piaf, House of Eleven, Diva Rocker Glam, House of Pink Lemonaid, Michael Costello, and more.)

Chic LA Valentine’s Pop-Up

Chic LA hosted its most recent pop-up on Valentine’s Day. The event was held in a beautiful courtyard nestled between The Spice Station and Create Your Health tea shop located in Silver Lake. Inside the Spice Station you’ll find a variety of specialty spices, salts, and rubs in addition to other goodies that you won’t find anywhere else - like vanilla bean paste. The tea shop is a haven for tea lovers as it carries an assortment of rare teas, and they will even brew you a cup.

Chic LA Valentine’s Event

Chic LA will be hosting another great event on Valentine’s Day. Stop by the Spice Garden in Silver Lake from Noon – 7 p.m. and score some great deals from Bagstil, B.I.T.S.
