FIDM – Art Of Motion Picture Costume Design Exhibition

The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising hosted an opening night reception in honor of the 23^rd Annual Art of Motion Picture Costume Design Exhibition.

Invited guests—which included past and present alumni, celebrities, and fashion aficionados—enjoyed gourmet eats and treats in the lounge area before venturing into the museum for an up close and personal view of the collection.

The exhibition featured costumes featured in films of 2014. Among the items on display were pieces from Maleficent, The Great Gatsby, Birdman, Night at the Museum, and more.

The exhibit is free to the public and runs from February 10^th – April 25^th (Tues – Sat 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)at the FIDM Museum located at 919 South Grand Ave L.A. 90015.- NIN
