Camarena Tequila Truck

If you are not acquainted with Jenn Laskey then you’re missing out on some serious fun. Jenn is the founder of Red Light Promotions—an event planning company –and if you’re fortunate enough to be on her list your life will never be dull. This past weekend RedLight held a party in honor of the launch of the Camarena Tequila Truck. Featuring the culinary delights of Chef Sevan Azarian of Recess Eatery in Glendale the savory offerings of tacos, burritos, tostadas, and salsas are infused with Familia Camarena Tequila.

Even though this was a private event there was still a wait for the food, so in the meantime we grooved to the tunes provided by KCRW’s Raul Campos, drank Camarena margaritas, indulged on tequila-tinged cupcakes courtesy of My Delight Cupcakery, and even got to design a custom Camarena t-shirt.
