Two Point Oh! LA 2014 Annual Snowball

It seems like yesterday we were hitting piñatas at last year’s TPOLA holiday party and now I was header to Maker City LA to partake in the styling suites for the 2014 Annual Snowball.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a rep from T and N. Founded by Tintisha and Natasha, T and N offers luxurious ballet flats made from the softest material and feature a cushioned foot bed and little charms in the back that can be customized with your initials.

This year’s TPOLA annual Snowball was a blast to the past – taking us back to Prom days. In fact, some even brought their prom dates.  Held at the Women’s Twentieth Century Club in Eagle Rock, the festive event included live music from Danny Memphis and the Extraordinaires.

In addition to dancing the night away (a DJ was also on site) and sipping on specialty cocktails, fashion bloggers got to spin the Lulu’s prize wheel. I won this sexy little number, which I’ll be wearing on New Year’s Eve.

In lieu of a gifting suite there were piñatas filled with gift certificates (valued between $40 - $100), alcohol, make-up, skincare products, lingerie, candy, and more. My sister scored a gift cert to Bagtazo.

On our way home we stopped for a nightcap. Imagine our surprise when Santa walked in and ordered a whiskey. We took pictures so we could have proof that he exists but they magically disappeared from my camera. Santa really does have magical powers after all.

Two Point Oh! LA 3rd Annual Snowball

The bloggers of Two Point Oh! LA celebrated another successful year at the 3^rd Annual Snowball. Before the event attendees received V.I.P. treatment at a styling suite located in the beautiful Redbury Hotel. Joico provided the products that the stylists used to style our hair. Manicures were courtesy of Bellacures, and the lovely folks at Lulu’s were kind enough to provide us with dresses to wear to the party or handbags to accessorize with.

Interview with Maryam Gueramian of Confiance

When I met Maryam at the 2^nd Annual Two Point Oh! LA Snowball I had no idea that her talents extended beyond having great fashion sense. It was only after she e-mailed me to tell me about her line, Confiance, that I realized how gifted she was. Not only that, but she’s quite ambitious too. With all that talent and determination there’s no doubt that the 25 year old will accomplish many goals in her lifetime. Read on and be inspired.
