Flying Mammals – Vier

Flying Mammals is an all-sibling alt-pop band hailing from Idaho. These talented gents cut their teeth in various bands before forming their own unit. The group’s latest is aptly titled Vier, which means four in German, since it is their fourth release and also an homage to the addition of a fourth sibling to the fold. The Birdsall brothers recorded Vier in a castle in Germany with the aid of Grammy winning engineer Sylvia Masy. The concept album is a clever collection of melodic power pop tunes that incorporate rock, funk, folk, electro, and world music into the mix.
