Spring Fashion Preview at LIVE on Sunset

If you haven’t been to LIVE on Sunset it’s worth a visit. The fashion boutique carries the latest trends and is also stocked with an array of high-end apparel, lingerie, accessories, jewelry, soaps, lotions, candles, and there is even a denim bar. It has a great layout, which makes it easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.  




On this particular evening I was there with fellow fashion blogger Lisa Boosin to check out the Spring Fashion Preview from LOVEFASHION. The event was hosted by Two Point Oh! LA and featured the three C’s: cocktails, cupcakes, and a candy bar.



Nony Tochterman, the creative force behind Petro Zillia was there to show her support. She told me about her new venture with partners Brooke Wilen and Ravid Levy called Style Bender, which is members only club where for $30 a month you can trade in items from your closet for equally fabulous pieces of equal retail value.

The runway show was a real treat. Wearing the latest spring looks from the boutique the models danced their way down the catwalk while a live drummer played along to the tunes the DJ was spinning. It was quite fun and I’m sure the photographers got a workout.



Guests received 15% off so they could purchase their favorite looks from the evening’s presentation. The first 50 attendees also received a cool canvas tote from Joe’s Jeans filled with a variety of items that can be found in the store such as: Knots hair ties (which are so colorful they can also be worn as bracelets), a fashionable tank and denim wallet from AG Jeans, a beautiful gold wishbone necklace from BN jewelry, a Tree of Life expandable wire bangle from Alex and Ani, rose scented soap from La Compagnie de Provence, a scented candle from Voluspa, and a bottle opener courtesy of J.C.
